Terms and Conditions for Direct Purchase

Signalware products are sold exclusively through distributors in some countries. In other countries, Signalware products are sold through distributors and directly to customers by Signalware. Distruibutors generally handle sales of Signalware daughterboards for the specific target boards they represent. For referal to an appropriate distributor, use our request for quotation or information request pages. Please include the target board and country in order that we may refer you to the correct distributor.

The following terms and conditions applies only to purchases made directly from Signalware Corporation:

Target Boards:

The target board is the DSP Development board on which the daughterboard product will be mounted. Signalware daughterboards can be mounted on most Texas Instrument SPRA711 compliant boards. Target boards differ in the requirements they place on daughterboards in order to operate correctly. The following considerations apply:

Normal pricing includes building, testing and software to accomdate one target board only
Some target board/daughterboard combinations require extra cost target adaptations
In some cases, the target board must be sent to Signalware for integration and testing
Daughterboards can be supplied that operate on more than one target board at extra cost
The target board(s) must be designated in order for a quotation to be final

Quantity Pricing (may not apply when other special discounts are used):

Quantity of 2 or more identical - 10% off on board and options
Quantity of 4 or more identical - 15% off on board and options
Quantity of 10 or more identical - 20% off on board and options

Delivery:

All Signalware boards are made to order as specified in the quotation. The delivery times specified below are based on average manufacturing load and no unusual delays in testing. Actual times vary; however, the times below are a good guideline:

7 working days or less for all AED1xx, AED200, AED300, ORS900 without mountings, customization or non-standard FPGAs
15 working days or less for all AEDxxx numbered boards with standard FPGAs
20 working days or less for boards with mixed signal mountings
3 additional working days for boards with non-standard FPGAs subject to availability of FPGA

Delivery times are provided in the price quotation for boards with customization. The delivery time specified in the price quotation supercede that above schedule.

Warranty:

Limited 90 day parts and labor (except FPGA) - details
FPGA warranty as provided by manufacturer
Warrenty applies only to the target board(s) designated in the order

Terms:

VISA or MasterCard
Prepaid - 4% Discount (Check on US bank or Wire Transfer)

Orders within USA and over $2500 with pre-approved credit:

Net - 30 day
2% discount - 10 days
Over 30 days - 1.5% per month from invoice date

Wire Transfer Fees - $30 (includes fees charged by intermediate banks)

For products sold with prepaid discount, the delivery time is based on receipt of payment.

Non-standard products may require deposit or prepayment.

Shipping and Handling:

Shipping from Colorado Springs paid by customer.
Standard shipping UPS Blue - 2 day
Optional shipping UPS Red - 1 day
Other forms of shipment in USA - $20 handling charge
Orders outside USA - $20 to $100 handling charge depending country
