Limited Ninety-Day Warranty

SIGNALWARE Corporation warrants to the original purchaser that its product and the component parts thereof except the FPGA, will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of ninety days from the date of purchase. The FPGA is subject only to the warranties provided by its manufacturer.

SIGNALWARE Corporation will, without charge, repair or replace, at its option, defective products or component parts. If the FPGA component appears to be defective, SIGNALWARE will notify its manufacturer of the apparent defect. The FPGA manufacturer shall make the sole determination of the applicability of its warranty to the FPGA component. SIGNALWARE shall charge the purchaser for the cost of replacement of the FPGA component. Purchaser must obtain a Returned Material Authorization from SIGNALWARE Corporation before a product is returned for repair. Products returned for repair must be accompanied by proof of purchase date in the form of packing list or invoice.

Exclusions: This warranty does not apply in the event of misuse or abuse of the product or as a result of unauthorized alterations or repairs. It is void if the serial number is altered, defaced, or removed. Alteration of the product by addition of components to the Breadboard Area or by addition or change of User Selected Components can damage the product if done inappropriately. If such alteration is made, the application of the warranty shall be solely at the discretion of SIGNALWARE Corporation.

SIGNALWARE Corporation shall not be liable for any consequential damages, including without limitation damages resulting from loss of use. Some states do not allow limitations of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply in some cases.
