The test software for the DSP and firmware for FPGA configuration supplied with AED products are available on line. The software and firmware available on line is does not cover all combinations of DSP development board and daughterboard and may not be the latest available. It is intended to allow potential customers to preview the type of software that will be supplied with AED products. It is not a substitute for the software and firmware supplied with each board.
This document describes how the two 80 pin connectors used in the Texas Instruments Common Daughterboard Connector standard are wired into the AED daughterboard circuits. This document tells the type of connection (voltage, ground, FPGA I/O), but it does not give the pin numbers for individual boards and FPGAs. The detailed information is available in the manual that comes with the board.
This document describes the details of mounting components in the AED-200 board. While the board is very flexible, there are also a number of restrictions. This document is essential to anyone planning to have Signalware do the mounting or to do the mounting after purchase.
